Overview:

Fissol Group, a leading provider of branded printing and packaging solutions, is actively seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2-4 years of experience. We are looking for individuals who excel in cold calling, handling objections, taking detailed requirements, and performing lead nurturing. This role is crucial in driving new business opportunities and expanding our market presence across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and send outreach emails to engage potential clients, introducing them to our customized packaging solutions.
  • Effectively handle objections and identify client needs to tailor our offerings accordingly.
  • Take detailed requirements from clients to ensure our solutions meet their specific branding and packaging needs.
  • Perform lead nurturing to maintain relationships with potential clients, moving them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies and tactics to optimize lead conversion rates and drive pipeline growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape within the packaging industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the packaging or related industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools to efficiently source and qualify leads.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while working autonomously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling and prospecting for international clientele is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Remuneration:

  • Competitive hourly rate with commission based on performance.
