• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant single-family homes, documenting their condition through detailed reports, photos, and videos.
• Work with vendors to prepare properties for new tenants, ensuring they are move-in ready.
• Capture professional marketing photos and videos to showcase properties online.
• Collaborate with the property manager to identify and report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues.
• Assist with customer service tasks, answering phone calls and emails from both owners and tenants.
• Contribute to daily operations by tackling administrative tasks and helping us improve our processes.
