Cardinale Mesa is seeking a Dealership Accounting Assistant with previous dealership experience to join our dynamic team at. As a Dealership Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department's operations. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week and weekends off!

Responsibilities

• Data entry and review - posting invoices, etc
• Balancing statements and finalizing data
• Processing accounts payable batches
• Filling
• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers as a back-up receptionist when needed
• Daily deposit
• Process cancellations
• Aid in onboarding new hires
• Help process payroll for approximately 60 employees
• Billing out deals, dealer trades and wholesales
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness as set forth within work schedule
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
