G90 Engineering is a group of manufacturing engineering specialists providing turnkey new product introduction (NPI) and automation/custom machines. G90 focuses in 3 key areas including metal forming, welding, and multi axis CNC processes mainly in the aerospace market. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with high-tech, efficient, and lasting innovation in their manufacturing processes.

At G90 we have a full machine shop supported with mill-turn, multi-axis milling, and fabrication. Our in-house R&D shop is designed around manufacturing our own tooling, simulating customers manufacturing processes, and supporting customers with contract manufacturing/machine to print requirements for first-run startup. There’s always something new happening at G90 and we are looking to build our team with the best-of-the-best as we rapidly grow!

Who are we looking for?

Highly motivated, self-starter. This role will always have support available but will be expected to have the aptitude to use any machine necessary for projects, on-site customer support, and applications outside of normal machine function.

This role will be expected to have in-depth knowledge with HAAS and Fanuc machine tools with the ability to quickly and efficiently setup, run, and tear down. Programming experience is not necessary.

Example of position responsibility:

80% Machine Setup/Operation

20% Assembly

Required Skills

  • CNC Mill & lathe experience: 3-5 years of CNC experience
  • Strong GD&T knowledge and in-process inspection techniques
  • Aerospace experience required
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in both metric and imperial measurement systems
  • Assembly and fabrication experience a plus
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001/AS9100 environment
  • Be constantly open to growth and new experience

Compensation

Salary based on aptitude with room to grow. health/dental/vision, 401k match, 2 mandatory weeks PTO Vacation Time

Candidates will be required to provide proof of knowledge during the interview process including setup and running machines or thinking through turnkey applications with chief engineer and general manager.
