DAY-TO-DAY OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
In this position, you are an integral member of our food service team! Each day, you keep our customers happy and our restaurant running like a well-oiled machine! You lead your team as well as consistently build both profitability and guest counts. Additionally, you manage the profits and losses for the restaurant, consistently meet and exceed our financial objectives, and promote our brand throughout our local community. WORK SCHEDULE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
This full-time food service position requires full availability , including nights, weekends, and some holidays .
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of hospitality management experience in a high-volume, faced-paced restaurant
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership skills
