We are a residential mental health treatment program. We treat patients with mental health disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder in an inpatient/residential setting located in Sylmar, California on the grounds of Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center. We are looking for well experienced direct support staff with signficant case management experience who can also facilitate counseling groups. You will have duties of both case manger and DSP for our clients (see details below) This is a CRT Program.

Must have previously passed a LiveScan federal fingerprint background check or be able to pass one upon hire.

Schedule: FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME AVAILABLE!

FULL-TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

AM/Day Shift is from 8 AM-4:30 PM - TUESDAYS THROUGH SATURDAY or SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

PM Shift 4 PM -12:30 AM - TUESDAYS THROUGH SATURDAY or SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

PART TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

AM/Day Shift is from 8 AM-4:30 PM FRIDAY TO MONDAY

PM Shift 4 PM -12:30 AM FRIDAY TO MONDAY

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

case management duties: Helping our clients to obtain housing, disability paperwork, appointments and travel, discharge planning

Direct support duties:

• Intake
• Patient Care
• Client rounds every 30 min
• Use of EHR & documentation throughout shift
• Medication dispensing/observation & record keeping
• Behavioral intervention/de-escalation
• Housekeeping
• group counseling experience
• Extensive knowledge of resources in Los Angeles County is a must

Experience

• Mental Health preferred
• case management experience
• residential treatment center direct support professional (DSP) experience
• group counseling experience preferred
