The Inventory Control Coordinator provides support in the administration, purchasing, tracking, and monitoring of inventory.

Key competencies and accomplishments include:

* Deployment, maintenance, reporting, and tracking of various equipment such as, but not limited to, PC, laptop, docking station, monitors, mobile devices, and other communication devices.

* Responsible for inventory management of all IT equipment.

* Responsible for providing issue escalation on issues relating to communication devices

* Generates routine computer reports and/or print outs

* Assists with training and provides assistance to users of communication devices.

* Performs related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Education:

* High School Diploma

* Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Minimum Experience/Knowledge:

* Minimum of 2 years of general office duties, including experience with MS Office such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook

* Must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Must demonstrate ability to learn and continue learning new systems and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

* Must demonstrate ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team as needed and follow-up towards the successful completion of assigned tasks.

Required License/Certification:

* Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date
