Additionally, the role involves managing relationships with legal and financial advisors and advancing the family's estate and philanthropic goals.Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the family office/wealth management industry and a strong background in financial and business acumen. A degree in a relevant field is required, with advanced degrees and certifications being desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ultra-high net-worth clients, be knowledgeable in wealth management disciplines, and have a proven track record of mentoring the next generation. Skills in communication, management, and collaboration with external advisors are essential. Familiarity with estate planning, commercial real estate, and direct investing is highly desirable, as is a solid foundation in accounting principles and experience with charitable foundation oversight. The role demands a highly intelligent, strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to serving with integrity and transparency.
