Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales process for handling and following up on internet leads.
- Ensure adherence to the sales process, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive the sales team to achieve and surpass closing rate targets on internet leads.
- Utilize performance data to continuously refine and improve sales strategies and team performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a proven track record in sales management, ideally in the retail or automotive sectors.
- Possesses strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team toward exceptional results.
- Exhibits outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Is highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to exceed set goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading sales teams.
- Retail experience preferred, automotive retail is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
