There are three different job positions open: A dental assistant who will set up operatories and assist dentists in performing the different procedures; A front desk person who shall respond to patients' calls regarding their appointments and their billing/insurance/payment situation. And a billing position where the person shall interact with patients' insurances and ensure copays and patients' monetary responsibilities are fulfilled. A person who is familiar with Patterson's billing software, Eaglesoft, would be of preference.
