We are looking for dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our install team. We primarily perform residential solar installations.

No experience required, we provide all the training and tools for you to succeed. This position is entry-level with ample room to advance.

While it is not required that you have solar experience, it is essential that you have good coordination, basic knowledge of tools, and are able to work outdoors.

A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assemble racking and solar array
• Install roof-mounted solar systems
• Properly seal all roof penetrations
• Maintain a clean work site

QUALIFICATIONS :

• No fear of heights; be comfortable working on a roof
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to safely climb ladder
• Works well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
