Compliance Specialist
Adelphoi is looking for a dedicated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize the reporting of compliance data. Organize and prepare for agency and unit audits (Joint Commission, Department of Human Services and other oversight agencies).
- Coordinate plans of action and documentation for case consultations. Track information relating to alleged incidents.
- Compile documentation for agency licensure. Enter compliance data into the appropriate systems.
- Work with other compliance team members on agency compliance initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred with emphasis health information management and informatics
- RHIT or RHIA preferred
- 1-2 years of experience preferred in an office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
