Director of Surgical Services (RN)

$125,000 - $160,000 Bonus Paid Relocation Signing Bonus

Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Surgical Services (RN) to lead our surgical departments, including the Operating Room (OR), Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Outpatient Surgery, and other assigned areas. The Director will ensure that all surgical services meet the established standards of care and are delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the 24-hour management of surgical services departments.
• Ensure the delivery of patient care that meets the age-specific and individual needs of patients.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for surgical services.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
• Foster a culture of excellence in patient care and staff development.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing , BSN required, MSN and CNOR preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in a surgical setting.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive management experience in healthcare.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
