Job Title: Cocktail ServerDepartment: Beverage - Service BarJOB SUMMARY:This position is responsible for walking the casino floor and/or assigned area to ensure Beverage Service is provided to our Guests in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all timesWorks well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisorStrictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.Round and write down every guest drink.
