Real Estate Photographer/Manager Trainee
Home Picture Pros is a real estate photography/media company based in the Las Vegas Valley. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Photographer/Manager Trainee to join our team. This is a position with great upward mobility and opportunity. We are looking for an individual with a desire to dig in and grow with us! As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing stunning photos and videos of residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with the company owners and their clients to ensure that their properties are showcased in the best possible light. Additionally, you must have great business sense and customer skills, plus be willing to learn. To be considered for this position, all candidates must have real estate photography experience and Part 107 Certification. This position will report directly to the owners of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Photograph, video, floor plans and 3D tours of residential and commercial properties using high-quality equipment provided by company
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure that each property is photographed to showcase its unique features
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order
- Edit all forms of media
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate photography (including drone and video, as well as editing using Photoshop and Lightroom)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to different locations within the Las Vegas area, along with valid drivers license, safe driving record and auto insurance
- Lift weight up to 50 lbs and be physically flexible
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Work in varying weather conditions
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be hard working, have integrity, be teachable and willing to learn
