Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental provider during examination and treatment of patients, while ensuring excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Maintain accurate patient records

Skills:

- Proficiency in Prosthodontics
- Knowledge of Epic software
- Familiarity with dental terminology
- Experience in Pediatric dentistry
- Strong anatomy knowledge
- Competence in Dentrix software
- Understanding of infection control protocols
- Skill in four-handed dentistry techniques
- Knowledge of Endodontics procedures
- Experience working with pediatric patients
