Lakewood Condominium Association is Hiring a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist Near Lakewood, OH
This position it a temporary position from June 22nd - August 22nd. The front desk position would be 4 days a week 4pm to midnight. After August 22nd we would like to keep the person on as a floater for call-ins when necessary.
Summary of Front Desk Duties:
Answer Phone – transfer call to appropriate departments
Answer general questions from residents
Building Security – control security door
Suite Keys – sign out and in per resident’s instructions
Book and collect fees for Guest Suites
Watch Security Cameras for illegal or suspicious activities
Keep log of resident instructions and requests
Insure proper sign-in of visitors
Call in maintenance personnel to handle any emergencies or equipment malfunctions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
