Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for all.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various groundskeeping duties
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and trees
- Care for gardens, flower beds, and planters by planting, weeding, and pruning
- Keep outdoor areas clean by picking up debris and trash
- Monitor and report any issues related to the grounds' condition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance
- Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
