NSC Staffing has immediate openings for General Laborers in Kokomo, IN . Candidates must be comfortable working around machines.
Attention to detail and ability to work overtime.
Job Requirements :
General Labor for Metal Recycling Facility.
Laborer will help process scrap metal by utilizing the follow means : Shot blasting, shear saws, and hammer machine. Candidate may help sort and move processed metal as well.
Candidate must have a safety mindset as they will be running machines that cut metal and handling sharp and heavy objects.
Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs. The environment is somewhat exposed to the elements.
Candidate must have steel toed boots. All other PPE will be provided. $100 boot voucher will be provided once hired.
Candidate must be able to pass NSC Standard background check and 5-Panel drug screen.
Dress code is long pants and steel toed boots.
First shift position from 8a-4pm with 30-minute break.
Starting wage is $14.00 / hr. that will go to $15.00 / hr. after completion of first 90-days.
