About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Authentication Senior Manager to lead and oversee the workforce authentication service function. This role is pivotal in the company's commitment to providing a safe and secure digital experience for its customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the delivery of authentication services, leading the design and development of authentication solutions, and ensuring that these solutions align with the organization's security policies and access management requirements. The role demands a deep understanding of authentication services, integration with broader security solutions, and the ability to define and enhance enterprise-wide authentication processes.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and IAM, with a focus on engineering, strategy, and process/controls. A background in IAM business processes, technical expertise in systems and infrastructure, and experience with authentication products such as Azure AD, Active Directory, and multi-factor authentication are essential. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with multiple levels of management, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, along with experience in regulatory requirements and industry standard frameworks. Exposure to DevOps tools and experience in a 24x7 security operation are considered a plus.
