McReynolds Horticulture is Hiring a Mowing Crew Member Near Knoxville, TN
McReynolds Horticulture is hiring 1 Member to come onto our mowing/maintenance crew. Your day to day duties will consist of:
-Mulching, trimming, weeding, and pine straw installation 1 day week
-Mowing using Walk behind and stand on mowers, weedeating and blowing 4 days a week
-In the fall months, you will be blowing leaves 5 days a week
-In the winter months, you will be performing pruning and winter cleanups on landscape beds
-Applicants MUST HAVE Drivers license with good driving record as well as 1 year Verifiable Landscape experience. We will call your past employers.
-This is a year round position with full time hours guaranteed. we do not lay off in winter.
Benefits include:
- Weekly direct deposit pay
- pay between $18-$22 per hour

- Paid overtime after 40 hours
- 5 days vacation after 90 days and 1 additional day added after each year you work

The person we are trying to hire will need to be very detailed oriented, can work with other crew members and can take direction well
