Soliant Health is seeking an experienced IV / Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Pennsylvania.
This role requires expertise in compounding and a keen attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in IV / infusion work and a desire to make a significant impact within a dedicated team.
Job Title : IV / Infusion Pharmacy Technician
Start Date : ASAP
Assignment Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Days, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparation and compounding of IV medications on demand.
- Handling hazardous drug compounding (preferred).
- Maintaining accurate records of medication preparation.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of two years of recent and relevant IV / Infusion pharmacy technician experience.
- Experience with on-demand compounding of drugs (batch-only experience is not ideal).
- Experience with hazardous drug compounding is highly preferred.
- PTCB certification is highly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
