Other Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree; track record progressively growing the systematic engagement of constituents such as alumni, corporate partners, or donors of an educational institution or similar engagement of constituents; proven interpersonal and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to interface with board-level individuals, senior administrators, faculty, corporate leaders, and our diverse alumni population; demonstrated writing, speaking, planning and organizational skills; and experience with a constituent relations’ database/ CRM . Evening and weekend work and some travel are required of this position.
Additional Preferred QualificationsAlumnus/a of Keene State College; work experience in higher education successfully leading an alumni association (or similar) as staff member or volunteer; proficiency using electronic/web-based means of communication; familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM product. Additionally, the College has identified desirable qualifications that support our commitment to creating and maintaining a diverse campus community including the ability to speak a second language or to bring a multicultural perspective to the campus.
Salary InformationSalary is commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. This position is part of the Keene State College Directors and Supervisors Association ( KSCDSA ).
