Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optician at METRO EYECARE ASSOCIATES LLC in Johnston, IA. The Optician will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with eye exams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Optician will use their knowledge of optics and optometry to assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of optics and optometry
  • Experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to assist with eye exams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Prior experience as an Optician is a plus
  • Optician certification or license is a plus
