BDGN Corporation DBA American Autocoat is Hiring an Injection Molding Process Technician Near Hudsonville, MI
Purpose of Job:
Under supervision, understands and executes the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of injection mold operation and die changes while functioning as the team lead for Molding Operators.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
- Schedules and assists with mold/ machine PM’s
- Participates on teams
- Responsible for injection mold operation and die changes
- Responsible for Resin/components Inventories
- Responsible for daily meetings and team leadership per shift
- Understands and complies with mold, machine and material capabilities
- Regular trouble shooting of injection molding processes and equipment
- Execution of daily production tasks and continuous improvement
- Sequences production orders and ensures we meet customer requirements
- Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas
- Programming experience with ABB, Sepro and Wiley robot programs
- Follows and supports all processes and procedures
- Assures all required documentation is completed properly
- Sets the example for continuous improvement
