Our client in Dallas is seeking a Sr Project Manager/Supervisor with experience in project management to work extensively on environmental projects and generate fiduciary proposals for both small- and large-scale projects. Preferred background is air, but multimedia acceptable.
Focus on air- successful completion of various air permitting activities, such as Title V renewals and revisions, NSR renewals and amendments, Standard Permits, and Permits by Rule across multiple states. Well-versed in authoring and calculating applications for all kinds of air permits, including Title V, NSR, Standard Permits, and PBRs. Expertise lies primarily in air quality permitting and compliance, and they are considered a subject matter expert in this area. Preferrable candidate can bring client and project portfolio work with them.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical methodology and expertise related to various environmental fields
Interpret and execute regulatory requirements related to project work
Prepare complex reports pertaining to project scope, objectives, and regulatory compliance
Supervise the performance of senior level technicians, and other scientists, as well projects controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating and procurement representatives
Review project invoicing, accounts receivable, and DOS management
Interact with clients, manage relationships and engagement, respond to questions, concerns, and take proactive measures to ensure retention and revenue growth
Analyze financial data and project budget tracking
Perform work with minimal direction with periodic reporting to assigned leader
Anticipate resource needs and manage resources effectively
Provide technical oversight and quality control
Travel to local and out of state work sites as needed to meet with clients, and oversee projects, provide direction and supervision
Requirements
Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.)/Engineering in related field or equivalent
PE in TX preferered
10 years related experience or equivalent

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
