About the role
As an Image Solutions Business Planner, you'll act as the voice of the customer to create opportunities for our clients to interact with our division for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You'll work as part of a team and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About the team
Image Solutions serves over 1,000 clients ranging from small to very large organizations. Our division delivers Item Processing, Distributed Capture, Lockbox, Content Management services to our client base. Everything we do is because of our clients, and we need to ensure a consistent delivery across our division's line of business.
What you will be doing
•Planning and coordinating all client events: User Groups both in person and virtual. Creating an excellent client experience while staying within agreed upon budget.
•Working with product management, stakeholders, peers and teams to define client opportunities to engage with our division.
•Engaging with clients for event feedback and incorporating feedback to future events.
•Driving improvements in how we communicate and how often we communicate to ensure relevant information is delivered timely and accurately.
What you will need
•A bachelor's in business administration, finance, education, communications, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience.
•2 years of experience in virtual planning.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors, external clients.
•Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios.
•Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies.
•This role requires 15% - 25% travel.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $68,720.00 - $112,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
