LVN needed for a small private out-patient clinic in Southwest Houston. Must be able to work Monday - Friday VERY early mornings 6:00a.m. - 10:00a.m.(20 hours per week), and rotational Saturdays. Will provide relief to other locations as needed. Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave and PTO. In-House Continuing Education Credits. (CEU's). Duties include, but not limited to: Preparing and administering medication to patients, administering annual TB skin tests, recording vitals, assisting physician with in-takes and annual physicals, charting and light filing. Maintains accurate patient dosing records as well as daily reconciliation and accountability of medication inventory as dispensed from total stock on hand. Monitor the receipt of documentation from sister programs in order to attain physician signature, and arrange to have signed documents sent back to their origin. Computer and typing skills are required. Immediate placement available.
