Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional responsibilities as assigned)

• Enter required design control documents for research and development projects as required by R&D project leaders.

• Coordinate with research and development to ensure that all project status and tracking documents are in place and up to date.

• Learn and keep track of the diverse R&D documentation needs of the varied business units that R&D supports.

• Create organizational systems to keep track of the above documentation needs.

• Create visualizations such as charts and graphs of the progress and metrics of R&D projects that will be used in presentations by R&D management and presented to the management team.

• Build interactive dashboards for individual projects as needed by R&D project leaders.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Associates degree or work experience especially in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, math, data analysis etc.

• 3-5 years of work experience where organizational and interpersonal skills were developed would be a plus.
