RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Business Analyst in Herndon, VA.
Responsibilities:
* Junior Business Analyst will devise procedures to solve complex problems; Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirements specifications
* Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) years or more of business analyst experience; Educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience may be substituted for education
* Two (2) years or more experience to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
* Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
* Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues
* Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
* Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
