Job Summary:

The Office Assistant will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Audit each sales contract/proposal for accuracy or missing information and coordinate with sales team to resolve.
  • Reconcile discrepancies found in the job folders and CRM.
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, shredder and other standard office equipment.
  • Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. Shred outdated files.
  • Mail checks on behalf of accounts payable.
  • Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, for both internal and external clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with CRM, preferred Dash/Zeerm
  • Knowledge of accounting software, preferably SAP
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clerical experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Estimated salary range: $22.00-25.00 per hour

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm.
