The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Manufacturing Engineers, directing the New Product Introductions (NPI) from Engineering to the Production & Manufacturing, providing oversight through validation, process/design/revision changes, and creating solutions to meet customer requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Med-Device, Aerospace, and/or Technology industry.
- Proven experience managing and directing New Product Introductions (NPI) from the design stage through Engineering, Validation, to Production & Manufacturing.
- Expertise in managing and directing new and existing programs, creating timelines, KPI's, deliverables, resource planning, etc.
- Strong Leadership qualities with prior experience managing teams of Manufacturing Engineers.
- Develops business proposals for design improvements, revising and reviewing SOP's for newly developed processes.
- Cultivates strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accounts and develops a deep knowledge of the customer organization.
