Job Summary
Under general supervision, this position is responsible to properly installing and inspecting tires on company tractors and trailers on customer sites and rail yards.
This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and / or weekends in addition to overtime;
it requires full-time attendance.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install and inspect tires on tractors and trailers using Company guidelines
Observe all Company safety requirements
Performs other duties as assigned
Organize and maintain tire inventory for trucks
Ensure compliance of safety policies including all safety and OSHA requirements while at a customer facility or rail yard
Shift Schedule
Sunday-Wednesday 6 : 00AM to 4 : 30PM

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and / or weekends if needed.
Must possess a valid drivers license and ability to pass J.B. Hunt standards for operation of a company vehicle
Basic tools are required to successfully perform this role. These tools must be supplied by the employee in most locations.
Employees without their own tools may obtain them through toolbox purchase program.
Preferred Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6 to 12 months in tire related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess a valid drivers license and ability to pass J.B. Hunt standards for operation of a company vehicle.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (no direct supervision)

The expected starting pay range for this position is between $19.11-$28.68 per hour.

Compensation
This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
