Akshar Staffing is Hiring a Construction Manager Near Harbor, HI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review project plans and specifications
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Conduct quality control inspections

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Prolog or other construction management software
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience with ProCore or similar project management software
- Strong construction estimating skills
- Familiarity with Primavera for project scheduling
- Excellent contract negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination
- Solid background in construction management
- Exceptional time management skills

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
