Our intention is to help others discover a life more pure - centered, mindful, and free from the stress of everyday life. We offer a variety of classes, including hot yoga, inferno pilates, yin, and gentle flow. Our approach combines therapeutic practices and alignment techniques with traditional yoga to provide a rich and healing experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager at Kaia Yoga in Greenwich, CT and Mamaroneck, NY. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing class schedules, coordinating with instructors, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all. The Studio Manager will also be responsible for sales and project management tasks.
Qualifications
- Mindbody Business Software experience is a MUST
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in team leadership and management
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge and experience in the yoga or wellness industry
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Google Workspace experience preferred
- Daytime shift/ evening and weekends
