- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Communicate expectations and ticket status with user/requestor
- Provide technical assistance and support for Tier I-III tickets related to hardware or peripherals
- Follow up with user/customers to ensure issue has been resolved satisfactorily
- Manage timely responses on all tickets and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- End user support includes troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, Apple and PC, tablets, etc.
- Assist with onboarding new users
- Manage account user setup and deactivation for all online resources and job sourcing platforms
- Serve as the first line of support for technical issues and submitting tickets to appropriate vendors
- Manage login and account verification requests
- Communicate as needed with Operations Team regarding tool utilization and management
- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalency
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field a plus
- 1 years of technical support
- Excellent customer service and follow up
