Greenville SC based employer is actively hiring for the role of Field Service Technician
Qualified candidates will serve customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all makes of commercial and industrial air compressors, along with additional compressed air system components.
Basic hand tools are required by candidates seeking this position.
Employer provided precision measuring tools for diagnostic trouble shooting of compressed air equipment.
Candidates will need to be able to read and understand operations and parts manuals associated with all equipment.
Candidate will need to be able to learn Preventive Maintenance service methods.
Candidates will need to be able to assist and help customers with high priority issues as needed.
HVAC and Heavy Mechanical backgrounds and knowledge are a plus.
No air compressor experience required
Basic knowledge of electricity (480 volt) and LOTO (lock out tag out) is required.
Field Technician position available immediately.
Company truck provided
Medical benefits available after 60 days of employment.
401k benefit available after 6 months of employment
Normal schedule is Monday- Friday. Some weekends required
Work area is a 250-300 mile radius.
Some out of town travel and overnight stays required depending on scheduling.
Shutdown work for customers is required as scheduled.
