- Minimum 5 years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Service Manager role for multifamily community
- EPA Certification required
- CPO Certification required
- Impeccable record-keeping and reporting skills
- Physical agility and mobility
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The hourly rate for this position starts at $29.91/hr and may increase depending on skills and experience. HHHunt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
