This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join a mid-sized Real Estate Management Company that manages properties throughout Manhattan, Nassau & Suffolk Country.

Role and responsibilities
- Property Manager – Manhattan Residential Buildings
- Enter new leases in the database
- Oversee building staff
- Regularly review payables to ensure accurate billing
- Communicate with tenants regarding outstanding issues
- Maintenance and repair matters
- Communicate with staff regarding maintenance and repair matters on a daily basis; process staff invoices
- Communicate with different agencies regarding required work, violations, certificates of occupancy
- Schedule repairs
- Communicate with vendors
- Manage insurance certificates for vendors
- Process payment/Accounts Payables
- Review updates daily with Principals
- Prepare leases
Compensation: $85,000 -$115,000
