This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join a mid-sized Real Estate Management Company that manages properties throughout Manhattan, Nassau & Suffolk Country.

They provide a variety of management services from property management to REO asset management specifically targeted for financial institutions and loan servicing companies.

Role and responsibilities

  • Property Manager – Manhattan Residential Buildings
  • Enter new leases in the database
  • Oversee building staff
  • Regularly review payables to ensure accurate billing
  • Communicate with tenants regarding outstanding issues
  • Maintenance and repair matters
  • Communicate with staff regarding maintenance and repair matters on a daily basis; process staff invoices
  • Communicate with different agencies regarding required work, violations, certificates of occupancy
  • Schedule repairs
  • Communicate with vendors
  • Manage insurance certificates for vendors
  • Process payment/Accounts Payables
  • Review updates daily with Principals
  • Prepare leases

Compensation: $85,000 -$115,000
