The SharePoint Developer will be tasked with supporting their current projects of consolidating sister companies, this role involves analyzing existing SharePoint environments, designing a unified architecture, and developing customized solutions to meet consolidation objectives.
The SharePoint Developer oversee data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transfer of content while maintaining data integrity. Collaborating with stakeholders, test the consolidated environment, provide training and support to end users, and communicate progress effectively. The focus will be on streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and fostering collaboration across the organization, ultimately facilitating a smooth transition and maximizing the benefits of consolidation.
Overview
- Installing and integrating SharePoint.
- Customizing workflows and managing permissions.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting SharePoint.
- Administering Microsoft Teams.
- Providing support and training.
- Managing data and backups.
- Monitoring usage and optimizing experiences.
- Staying updated with SharePoint developments.
- Developing management tools.
- Designing site content.
- Managing intranet portals.
- Handling SharePoint Online tasks.
- Understanding and developing workflows/forms.
- Installing SharePoint Apps/PowerAutomate/PowerApps.
- Other tasks as assigned by IT Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a SharePoint development and administration using SharePoint online/O365
- Experience migrating within SharePoint O365 environment
- Recent experience in projects involving the consolidation or acquisition/merger of companies. *IMPORTANT*
- Experience working in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.
