Essential Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hour per day
- Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
- Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
- Must be flexible in work assignments, as different seating models require different assembly operations
- Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units
- These are entry level opportunities. Training will be provided, and no previous experience is necessary
Qualified Applicants for Immediate Consideration Should Have:
- Reliable Transportation
- Good Attendance Record
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environment is beneficial, but not required
- Ability to work 1st shift (shift start times vary by department)
- Good Attitude
