ELS is hiring for the position of Senior Digital Strategist - MHV in Grand Rapids, Michigan. What you’ll do: The Creative Director tracks and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns, manages the marketing budget and ensures that all marketing materials are aligned with the company brand. Your job will include: Develop strategies and tactics to elevate the profile of the company brand. Deploy marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from creation through execution. Research a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis. Produce engaging website and blog content to attract and convert target customer groups. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds appropriately. Oversee and approve marketing collateral, including website banners, hard copy brochures and case studies. Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against established goals. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly. Experience & skills you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience with identifying target audiences and designing creative, cross-channel marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.) Experience with the implementation and optimization of Google AdWords campaigns. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of communications aesthetics. Current knowledge of the trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
