Lawn And More LLC is Hiring a Lawn Care Specialist Near Grand Rapids, MI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall health and appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns
- Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Trim trees and shrubs to ensure a neat appearance
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers and shrubs
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months
- Perform hardscape maintenance including pathways and retaining walls
- Dig and maintain garden beds

Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge for operating lawn care equipment
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related field
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
