Minimum Requirements :
An associate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution. One to three years of experience in communications / customer service or a related field required.
Applicants must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and use of technology. Must possess a valid NC driver’s license.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Position Duties :
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for creating and executing recruiting activities and strategies. The Recruiting Specialist implements outreach opportunities for prospective students and community partners that build an understanding of and support for the College's programs and services.
If selected for employment, the applicant must submit to a criminal background check and drug screening.
INSTITUTION : Wayne Community College is a member of the North Carolina Community Colleges System. Located in Goldsboro, NC, the College serves Wayne and adjoining counties.
