LakeSide Enterprises is hiring an Operations Support Manager to provide high level support to the Chief Operating Officer.

Operations Support Manager

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Operating Officer and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Works closely with a variety of vendors, customers, and staff.
  • Responsible for coordinating print advertising.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and inventory control.
  • Responsible for assisting with promotions and events.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.

Hours per week:

  • Full time: 40 hours

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Salary:

  • $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually
  • Management (Exempt from OT)

Schedule:

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of related experience required.
