This position is responsible for reconciling monthly commission payments from various factories.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Effectively work on multiple projects within your assigned area.
Assist in maintaining the integrity of our commissions by reconciling payments each month against our company receivables.
Meet due dates communicated by the team to support our sales and marketing teams.
Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
Strong data entry skills.
Advance Excel proficiency.
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
Knowledge of SAP Data bases would be helpful but not required.
Small office setting.
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Benefits for the employee include health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K and profit sharing and 2 weeks of leave time per year.
