**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes or care facilities. **Duties:** - Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Administer medications following proper protocols - Support clients with mobility issues and lifting when necessary - Provide companionship and emotional support - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Manage behaviors effectively and professionally - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients **Experience:** - Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home, or assisted living settings preferred - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Ability to lift and move clients safely - Knowledge of hospice care practices is a plus - Proficient in using care systems for documentation Joining our team as a Caregiver offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
