Join our Winning Team as a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner! We are currently looking someone who can start 2 days, 4 - 6 hours per day, and expand into full time as we grow!

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team who is willing to grow with us. Responsibilities:

The NP will oversee all clinical duties under the guidance of our Medical Director, MD.

• Deliver alternative, integrative health services and coaching with patients. Provide health & wellness coaching, promotion, prevention, and treatments to patients.
• Perform consultations and assessments for medically managed weight loss program (peptides), hormone replacement therapy (including pellets) and perform GFE’s for IV therapy as needed along with administering the IV's.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in concert with our physicians and natural medicine providers to leverage our products and services to help our customers look younger, feel better and live their best lives.
• Accurate and timely documentation in EMR system
• Coach patients and interpret PÜR Scan (whole body scan), blood work and genetic testing to develop personalized non-invasive treatment plans to improve patient’s health. Help patients by explaining the benefits of personalized treatment plans to meet their needs.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and including treatments such as IVs and injections as permitted. Coordinate with Medical Director for other treatments required to be delivered by an NP.
• Oversee clinical operations by Medical Assistants (MAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) as they deliver or support all wellness center services including aesthetic laser, red light, microcurrent, acoustic wave, natural supplement, IV, and hormone replacement therapies.
• Training of medical assistants for delivery of services our customers love. Coach and direct MAs as needed to ensure compliance and optimal customer experience.
• Assist the Medical Director to fulfill state and business requirements for clinical operations, ensure treatment protocols, chart review for quality and compliance.
• Continue to learn about alternative health and wellness options for effective health & wellness solutions to help our customers.
• Answer treatment and protocol questions and be a resource on alternative health options for our ecosystem.

This position will start part-time and could become full-time as the business grows.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Most importantly, must be passionate about delivering excellent customer health care experiences to our patients!
• Must possess an active medical license in the State of Texas and comply with the stated scope of practice as defined by the State Board of Nursing and State Medical Board.
• NPI/DEA prescriptive authority
• Must have a clear disciplinary history record.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Nurse Practitioner working within hormone optimization or med spa environment desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion and be a team player.
• Sales experience a bonus
• Experience with botox/fillers, IV nutrient administration, weight loss peptides, hormone replacement therapy including pellets and experience with alternative and natural medicine is desired.
• Able to start part-time in the clinic.
• Requires an understanding of protocols for aesthetics, red light, microcurrent, acoustic wave, natural supplements, IV, botox/fillers and hormone therapies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
