Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain precise general ledgers and journals
• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Ensure meticulous tracking of expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, and statements
• Address inquiries from vendors and customers promptly and professionally
• Prepare comprehensive analyses of accounts and generate monthly reports
• Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for accounts payable and receivable records
• Employ effective monitoring techniques to ensure timely payments to vendors
• Cultivate positive relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives
• Pursue continuous improvement in all aspects of responsibilities
• Undertake administrative duties and other tasks as required

Education Requirements

• While a degree is not mandatory, proficiency in basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is essential
• 3 years of general accounting experience
• 3 years experience in accounts payable and receivable operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
