Technical Assistant, Folsom, CA

Pay: 25/hr paid weekly

Hours: Monday-Thursday (32 hours/week) and be a hybrid position to come to the office 2 days/week (mainly on Wednesdays and Thursdays) and on special meeting days.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Level of Education and Discipline:

An Associate degree (AA, AS) or equivalent education, training or experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Amount of Experience:

Equivalent years of education and training, plus three (3) or more years related experience.

Type of Experience

• Experience with the terminology and workflow of utilities industry helpful.
• Related technical administrative experience in a medium to large corporation required.
• Microsoft Office: Outlook – with strong calendaring experience), Excel, PowerPoint.
• Sharepoint experience a plus.

Additional skills and abilities:

• Ability to maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate professionally at all levels within the organization and work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a high level of individual productivity. Must have excellent multi-tasking, critical thinking, decision-making, oral and written communication skills.
